Prides Breakfast

The Sun City West Men’s Club held its annual Prides appreciation breakfast on 6 December 2014. For over 25 years the Sun City West Men’s Club has been cooking and serving breakfast to the Sun City West Prides in appreciation for the services provided to the community by the Prides organization.

The Prides have been caring for plants, performing irrigation systems repairs, and trash pickup and removal along the main thoroughfares, R H Johnson Boulevard and Deer Valley Drive in Sun City West for many years. Prides is staffed by an all volunteer workforce that dedicate their time and efforts to keep the community beautiful for its residents. In appreciation for their dedication and service to the community the Men’s Club, a social activity and card playing chartered club, conducts a free breakfast every year for the Prides members. This year over 116 Prides members attended the breakfast which included scrambled eggs, ham, sausage, pancakes and coffee and juice which was served by Men’s Club members.
